The Blood Type Diet by Dr. D’Adamo-

For almost two months now I have been reading about ERP Jobs and also I’ve been trying to lose some weight because I have just reached the maximum weight allowable relative to my height without being obese. And for weeks, I’m just disappointed because my weight just won’t drop even when I’m doing everything I can to resist all the delicious foods deemed “bad” and “fatty”. And then a friend introduced me to “Eat Right 4 Your Type”.

Eat Right 4 Your Type is a diet, exercise and lifestyle program by Dr. Peter D’Adamo. What made it stood out from other diet and lifestyle programs is its revolutionary concept of eating based on your blood type. It seems that their research significantly shows that a person’s blood type can affect the kinds of food that are beneficial and non-beneficial to you. For some reason, even foods and fruits that are deemed healthy by most experts may not be beneficial to you if you are an O, A, B, or AB.

I’ve just started to try out if this blood type diet would actually work. I hope it does because, oh boy, there are so many restrictions for us As. I couldn’t even eat my favorite of all–meat. Well, except for chicken. But anyway, I really wish this would work.
